The delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer will be made to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of placing the order or directly to the MARSAY showroom. Any change to the initially specified address/delivery method can be made by expressly informing MARSAY (by e-mail sent to orders@marsay.ro within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order is placed).
Delivery
Delivery to the address specified by the Buyer will be made by a courier company (FAN Courier, Urgent Curier or DPD) for local shipments , between 09:00-17:00, on working days. The courier company representative will try to contact the buyer by phone in advance. If the package cannot be delivered, the courier company staff will leave a notice, after which they will try to deliver again. We will always provide the couriers with all the information received from you regarding the specified delivery address and any other mentions made when placing the order, but we cannot verify whether these are always taken into account.
If the second delivery attempt fails for reasons beyond our control, we will try to find a safe place to temporarily store the package. From this date, you have a maximum of 15 calendar days to request a new delivery, the cost of which will be fully borne by you, according to the pricing policy of our partners. If the delivery is not requested or cannot be made within the 15 calendar days, we will qualify the refusal to take it over as your intention to cancel the contract, which will be considered terminated, the advance payment being retained by MARSAY as compensation.
Deliveries within the coverage areas of our express delivery partners are free of charge. Any delivery outside these areas or under other than standard conditions will be made at the Buyer's expense, in accordance with the pricing policy of our partners.
In the case of products delivered to MARSAY showrooms , we reserve the right not to store products for periods longer than 3 months from the date set for delivery, even if they have been paid in full. If delivery cannot be organized within the 3 months, we will qualify this as your intention to cancel the contract, which will be considered terminated, the amounts of money already paid being retained by MARSAY as compensation.
International deliveries will be made through the following courier companies: UPS, FEDEX, DHL. Delivery costs for international deliveries will be borne by the Buyer and vary depending on the destination.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be delivered in multiple installments. In such cases, the partner courier companies will invoice you for the delivery costs (if applicable) only once.
Subject to the provisions of Article 3 regarding product availability, we will make every effort to process your order by the date specified in the delivery confirmation. However, delays may occur due to either unforeseen events or the objective extension of the time required to manufacture the products in accordance with your specifications.
In the event of a situation that may affect the delivery time initially communicated, we will inform you of this situation and offer you the option to maintain the order with a new delivery date or to cancel the order, along with a refund of the entire amount paid.

The products will be delivered via high quality courier services. After we have shipped your package, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking and tracing number so you can easily track where your package is.
Estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. Because we want sustainable, environmentally friendly production, each product is made to order, and the delivery time is 3-4 weeks, depending on the product chosen.
Goods are classed as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by mistake; or by misuse will not be considered faulty. If the item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of the date you received it. If you have owned the item for longer than this and certainly more than 6 months then please contact customer service.
Return and Exchange
Purchasing items through the website offers the right of cancellation within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, and for this the instructions provided on the website must be followed.
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all seals and packaging, provided that this allows all necessary checks and handling to be carried out to determine the characteristics and functions of the products.

Made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Please be informed that the exchange system is not valid. You should return the item that does not fit you and place a new order with the correct size.
